Hi guys. please I need a compilation of as many as possible Yoruba traditional names and their meanings. your cotributions will help. so far, i have two, and i dont know if they are correct.
OKE: a child with 6 fingers each on the hands and 6 toes on the feet.
ILORI: A girl child who is fond of crying continuously at youngers age
please help me out with more.

Taiye/Taiwo and Kehinde: These are born by twin babies.
Idowu: Single child born after twins. Hope that help.

if u are talking of 'oruko amutorunwa', i mean names brought from heaven, then u are in d right place.
olugbodi, iyabo, aina, ilori, babatunde, malomo, etc

Are u talking of oruko amutorunwa or just traditional names? Cos Ogungbemi is a traditional name, but not Oruka amutorunwa. Lol
