That sounds like a sack letter, right? Well, as an employee of an organisation, someday sooner or later, you either leave your organisation (resignation/retirement) or your organisation simply leaves you (fire, terminate appointment). This is the reality. Whichever way since this is a major change in life, like every other change comes with consequences. So, you got to be prepared for this day when your organisation simply needs your service no more, or you simply do not need your company's wages anymore.

One good principle is to NEVER EAT WITH THE TEN FINGERS.

Have good spending habits so you have good part of your wages for other future purposes like investment and savings.

Also, lead a simple lifestyle rid of over-expensive stuffs you won't be able to maintain if the salary stops.

Third, never put all your eggs n one basket. Be open to other sources of income.

4. Develop yourself as you work s that if your company says STOP after 10 years of meritorious service, you won't be thrown back into history at the same point where you joined your company.

To be continued...
