Today April 25 marks another World Malaria Day, 2019! And it's tagged:
"Zero Malaria Starts With Me!" Every year on April 25, World Malaria day is marked worldwide as an effort to raise awareness of Malaria, for the treatment and prevention of malaria and to recognize global efforts to control the disease.
ABOUT MALARIA
Malaria is an infectious disease which is caused by a parasite that is transmitted through bite of an infected mosquito. Once an infected mosquito bites a human, the parasites multiply in the host's liver before infecting and destroying red blood cells. It is a serious disease that causes high fever, chills, and flu-like symptoms that can be life-threatening if not treated quickly. Malaria deaths are usually related to one or more serious complications, including cerebral malaria and organ failure.
In line with this year’s theme – ‘Zero Malaria Starts with Me’, here are a few ways to prevent malaria:
1. Vector control:
- Keeping the environment clean and stay away from any stagnant water such as blocked drainages and gutters common in rural and urban areas.
- Spraying your home with insecticide.
- Sleeping under an insecticide treated bed net.
- Applying insect repellants to the skin of the exposed part of the body
2. Boosting your immune system by eating food rich in vitamin and disease-fighting cells and also take fruits.
3. Wearing protective clothing especially at nights when mosquitoes are most active
The life of a person who has malaria may be in danger if not diagnosed and treated early with effective drug. Urgent treatment is needed from health worker or a clinic or hospital to save the patient’s life.

yes admins have a lot of βcoins and they should transfer some to the new members and not to say that when they transfere it to them, they will withdraw and run away. What an annoying word. Like me, i need 10,000 βcoins to upgrade membership to vip but none of you wicked admins will help using "if i send it, you may withdraw and run away" as an excuse. Am not insulting. So dont report me, am just trying to help new members who dont have any βcoins like me, am not saying your wicked. You have actually sent me some βcoins. Am just helping you update your site. Thank youeMade wrote:
