I guess this topic has the potential to make an interesting and an educative read. That is why i am posting it under the education section.
The aim is to learn from each other some practical Anger Management Skill.
Arguably, all living creatures including animals, easily get provoked and they all react to anger differently. E.g A dog could charge, bark at or bite its aggressor when provoked.
For many people, reactions to anger have led them to prisons, murder, regrets and some to their early graves.
Personally, in the past when provoked, i react voilently and want to payback in the same measure. This has really not helped me, but has rather agravated the situation, leaving me sad and emotionally wrecked.
However, this days, with constant practice and God's help, i now try to stay calm when provoked or simply do the gentlemanly by walking away.
