Employees leave companies for another for various reasons. Could be better pay among other factors. But there is a much bigger issue which can make companies lose even their best hands.
So, when employees leave due to bad corporate culture, its usually because of his or her immediate boss and local culture.
This is a clarion call to all supervisors and regional and local heads in corporate firms: portray your company in good light especially to your subordinates.
Be a good leader. An exemplary one. And when your subordinates have opinions, listen.
A leader that does not listen to his followers is doomed to fail. He's headed for a dead end.

LISTEN. Be a team player, not an authoritarian.
Listening to your subordinates can just make a whole lot of difference.
Your subordinate's point may just be the missing piece of the puzzle.
