Let me make myself clear:
By unsolicited applications, I mean applications you make to a company when there are no advertised vacancies.

It's like cold call.

For instance, you visit a company's career website, and they tell you:
''We are currently not recruiting. However, you can submit your resume/cv, and we will consider you when there is an opening.'' :what:

And many more instances similar to that, like written applications etc.
Do they ever work out? :? Are they not like firing blanks? Has it ever worket out for you, or someone around you? Please lets iron it out.

May God bless our efforts in the job market.

Please share...

People are corrupt these days. Without insiders, getting job in some companies id hard.
However, do your part first!
Get a good grade, write a winning resume, and cover letter and see if God will not bless your sincere efforts.
