Recently, the Nigeria CBN licenced some new commercial banks which are now in operation. These include Titan trust bank, Globus Bank, Parallex Bank, Jaiz Bank, Suntrust bank and Providus bank, and maybe others.
We are used to the old banks like first, zenith, uba, gtb, access and others and their issues. But what of the new banks?
Are these new smaller banks matching up? Are they treating customers better? Are they more creative? Better services and products?
