The Federal Ministry of Education has began moves in a bid to meet one of the demands of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
This was disclosed in a press statement on Thursday, issued by the ministry’s Director of Press and Media Relations, Ben Goong.
One of ASUU’s demands is the release of the White Paper panel report.
A press statement from the education ministry titled, ‘Federal Government constitutes white paper drafting panels for tertiary institutions, explained that ten white paper drafting panels have been constituted.

The ASUU President, Prof Emmanuel Osodeke, could not be reached for his comments as of the time of filing this report.
