By definition, if a person is intolerant of other ideas, races, or religions, we call that person a bigot. The intolerance expressed by that bigot is called bigotry. Bigotry is ugly. There are different types of bigotry — like religious bigotry or racist bigotry.

Bigotry, the intolerance, fear, and hatred of those different from ourselves is still a far too common occurrence in the world today. Bigotry is almost universally considered wrong because it robs others of their rights as human beings through discrimination and persecution.
I like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

I don,t think its OK. moreover those work places are not churches or mosque.. so employers need to try and maintain professionalism. as far as a religious belief doesn't affect the work itself, employers should pride in equal opportunities for all and encourage diversity.

All over the world, religious intolerance is one of the leading causes of conflict and misunderstanding. Because of the religious intolerance of the employer, the company, the manager, or even the workers themselves, religious discrimination exists in the workplace.

But of course, any applicant or employee unfavorable treated because he or she is belongs to an organized religion such as Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism, or discriminated against because of sincerely held religious, ethical or moral beliefs has a right of recourse under the law.

ffensive actions and remarks about a person’s religious beliefs or practices that is severe or pervasive, whether frequently committed by an employer, manager, co-worker, or even a client or customer is also illegal as it creates a hostile of offensive work environment.

All employers with 15 or more employees are covered by the Civil Rights Act and aggrieved employees have 180 days to file a complaint for religious discrimination.

I think the conclusion of it is that if a nation claims to allow freedom of religion, no one then legally has the right to discriminate or persecute anyone due to their religion. We must respect all.

Likewise, no one should use his own help religious beliefs to disturb or infringe on the rights of others.

All these amount to right infringement.

We should all respect others and respect their religious views. And if you so wish to express your religious views to others to possibly adopt, do so tactically, not by the sword.
