Truth be told, all adverts by such platforms should bear stern warnings of the risks associated with their investments. That's global best practice. And if OctaFX is not including warnings in their adverts, they are breaking the law.

All OctaFX adverts promise huge financial gains and rewards. None of the adverts warns of potentially huge financial loss risk.

I think that's quite wrong. People are being misled by sugar coated adverts and influencers. That's deceptive.

There's a very thin line between gambling and all these trading platforms

Can we trust OctaFX? Maybe, or maybe not.

OctaFX adverts are everywhere. That should mean one two things:
1. The company desires more popularity so as to grow their user base very fast
2. The company is really raking in the millions from more users so this needs to be sustained.

Well, how about the investors or traders angle? Fact is: more people have lost money from trading platforms than they could earn.

Beautiful thing is: we cannot blame such trading platforms. In fact, they state clearly: only invest what you can afford to lose. You stand the chance of losing the whole of your capital.

Experience shows that people don't invest what they can afford to lose. People invest their entire savings. People take loans to invest, and they lose.

Well, we cannot blame the platforms. They are legal. That's their nature: it's their nature to be risky.

That people lose their moneys is just normal.
But it now became important that we do not mislead the public.

That is the purpose of this educational thread.

Looking at all the advert videos of OctaFX, the message is always positive. Gain gain gain.

So, it's easy for anyone to believe it's all rosy in there.

And they end up being disappointed.

Could the adverts and publicity been more realistic? Could they be more truthful? Could notes of warning be sounded also more?

Rather than make everyone think it's all rosy until they eventually get bitten?

It is global best practice that all companies like #OctaFX should draw all attention to the risks associated with their products rather than mislead everyone into thinking everything is good. This is where OctaFX is wrong.
Nigerian regulators should act.

Share your experiences with OctaFX. How about your friends.

Have they made sustainable gains from OctaFX?

Or is OctaFX not much different from other #gambling platforms like bet9ja, sportybet, babaijebu and co?

Let's have candid talks!
