i used to suffer from insomnia, where i had trouble falling asleep and just stayed laying in bed for hours... torturous when you reallly can't sleep even when i'm super tired. did anyone suffer from insomnia too?

by Tor123 » December 13th, 2018, 10:21 am

Yes, of course...is really important for everyone. Person can not live normal without a good sleep. Unfortunetly, I know, what is a bad sleep. I had a problems with my sleep. It was really hard, because I was really tired. I struggled with my insomnia. The doctor advised me to relax before going to bed. It really helps. I have home outdoor sauna http://sdsaustralia.com and I visit it sometimes, when I have problem with my sleep.

So you are advertising Canadian Online or whatever it is called.

by NikoleBrown » November 22nd, 2018, 7:12 pm

I used to have problems with sleep, but after changing my daily routine, visiting gym and pool and taking pills that I usually order at the Canadian Pharmacy Online I feel much better and can sleep normally now. So, I sleep about 8 hours. Sometimes I also have a nap on weekends. So, yes, I agree that we all need to sleep at least 8 hours a day for good health.

Yes, of course...Healthy sleep is very important. A person must sleep at least 8 hours. My friend had big problems with sleep. She had sleeplessness. She did not know what to do. She did not want to take sleeping pills. She found information that bad sleep may be due to the fact that her mattress is not comfortable. The body does not relax in this case, and the person does not sleep well. She decided to change the mattress. She was looking for a lot of information about this. She searched for information not in stores, but on sites where there are real product reviews. One of these sites is https://bestazy.com Great deals of mattresses were found here.

Have you ever heard about melatonin https://modafinilxl.com/what-is-melatonin/ ? It's essential for a normal sleep. It's hormone that controls our sleep. It's very important to have enough for all people.
