This is to remind you all of the cashless policy on cash deposits re-introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) that will be implemented nationwide from March 31, 2020.
With the implementation of this new policy, all cash deposits or withdrawals above the transaction limit at any of our branches in these locations will attract the charges below:
The best approach is to opt for other non-cash means of payment and collections like:
1. Transfers (branch, internet and mobile banking)
2. Point of Sale POS
3. USSD
4. QR payments
5. ATM terminals
With these, you will be exposed to less cash come March 31, 2020 when the policy takes effect 100% nationwide!
