Are you stilll asking:
Is it true that many Nigerian employers are nothing better than human exploiters? What is the way out?

First, upon getting a job at all, be grateful to God. Thousands of graduates are out there jobless.
Meanwhile, in most cases, staff are underpaid. To tackle the demotivation that this begets, try to exercise contentment. Be contented while appreciating the little you gou. But in the meantime, instead of ranting, take constructive move to aim higher, maybe asking for a raise or searching for a better job. My humble contribution
