Are you stilll asking:
Is it true that many Nigerian employers are nothing better than human exploiters? What is the way out?
My first reply: Working for another man (this slavery) is at most times an inevitable stage in your path to freedom. However, and fortunately too, you can determine how long your slavery period will last. This thread is open for comments...

I think the language they're speaking now is PROFITABILITY AT MINIMAL COST. So they dont give a demn if you are underpaid.
Oh, start a BUSINESS today to be free from all this corporate slavery.

First, upon getting a job at all, be grateful to God. Thousands of graduates are out there jobless.
Meanwhile, in most cases, staff are underpaid. To tackle the demotivation that this begets, try to exercise contentment. Be contented while appreciating the little you gou. But in the meantime, instead of ranting, take constructive move to aim higher, maybe asking for a raise or searching for a better job. My humble contribution
