Nigeria's problems are compounded even though we have lots of Zuckerbergs, Bill Gates and many Thomas Edisons yet to discover themselves among Naija youths viz:

1. Brain Drain
The best brains keep leaving the shores because they are appreciated better overseas. Our children lead the packs in US, UK, Australia etc. Many professionals are leaving. I should leave soon.

2. Poor Education System
Our education system is supposed to mold our future leaders. When you build a house with expired or fake cement, another abuja building collapse is impending. And this one will claim generations of lives.

3. Bad, Very Bad Value System
Our value system is retarded. People are meant to be loved while things are meant to be used. But the reverse is the case now: people are being used and things loved. That's terrible.
Our kids are not after career or job, they are rather after money, any shortcut. We can see the repercussions.

4. Selfishness, Not Corruption
For people who think corruption is Nigeria's main problem. Not its not. The actual problem us Mr corruption's mother: Selfishness.

Think about it: all the vices - stealing, killing, embezzlement, resources mismanagement, sit tight leaders, insurgency, bloodletting politicking, fraud, name them - were are children of selfishness.

Note: Rid Nigeria of selfishness and you just made the world better.

Way forward? It is forward, I guess.

My one cent. #BestNaija
