With what happened in Ekiti and Osun, the pcv is just a tool used by Ineec to generate the figure they need for permutation and combination. Lol

That's not even the major problem IMHO. The real problem is when who gets elected is really not the people/masses choice based on merit, but as SELECTED by a godfather or oga at the top who controls Ineec with all the power.
