Resetting NETELLER Account Credentials
Security enhancements in your NETELLER Account
As part of our ongoing improvements to the NETELLER Account this year, we are enhancing the security of your account by making a few changes. These changes may require you to:
Create a new password for your NETELLER Account and confirm it
Select three security questions (please ensure you can remember your answers).
Reset your Secure ID. To do this, click on "Continue" and after a few seconds, you will be presented with your new Secure ID. (Please record your new Secure ID and keep it in a safe place; we will not send it to you by email.)
Why is this happening?
Periodically resetting your Secure ID and password makes it harder for anyone to breach the security of your account, and having multiple security questions gives you a secure way to prove your identity when changing account credentials in the future, or when speaking with a member service agent.
Why is my account disabled?
Until you update your account credentials, you will not be able to transfer money from your NETELLER Account to any site.
