Scientists said we should eat food with nutrients in the following proportions:
Fats and Sugar - 5%
Protein - 15%
Fruits and Vegetables - 30%
Whole Grains - 50%
And then lots of exercise
But, we abnormal Africans especially Nigerians, ours is upside done:
Fats and Sugar - 50%
Protein - 30%
Fruits and Vegetables - 15%
Whole Grains - 5%
And no exercise at all
