This baffles me. The customer is the reason for our business. They are not interrupting us, they are the reason we are open. If they stop coming, we don't have any reason to be here. In short, if we lack customers, then our business dies. We go home, jobless. Incomeless.

Now. See the irony. If these guys called customers are our survival lifebloods, then why do we treat them so poorly? Or at least why do we make them feel unneeded? It's food for thought.

I think in our Nigerian service sectors, exceptional customer service delivery is a serious want.

More to follow.
