It was indeed a dramatic and enigmatic show in Anambra State, as a dead man allegedly refused to be buried.

The drama which recently played out in Ubahaekwem in Ihiala Local Government Area of the State played to the amazement of everyone, including the mourners and family members of the deceased.

An eye witness report has it that the Ihiala man started manifesting when the ambulance brought to convey the corpse from the morgue to his compound (for burial) unexpectedly developed fault.

The drama became even more serious and aggravated when each of other ambulances subsequently brought to transport the man also developed fault each time the corpse was transferred to it.

It was gathered that after some more unbearable series of the episode, some youths of the community became infuriated, and consequently swung into action.

Hence, they angrily forced the corpse out of the casket and dragged it along.

"You must go home today; and you must be buried by force," echoed some of the voices heard in the viral video that emanated from the scene.
